My Beach

I see my beach as somewhere l can escape life and enjoy l’ll relax and listen to the 
water hitting the rocks kids laughing and playing in the sun and maybe build a 
sandcastle here and there make friends play with the peepies but mostly relaxing in 
the sun l’ll go there as soon as the sun comes up and collect seashells by the shore 
and skip them on the water and l will look at the clouds up above and make shapes 
out of them like a unicorn and a giraffe 
And when it gets to the end of the day and the water is quiet no more kids are  
playing and building sandcastles l‘ll be there watching how the sun rises and falls on
the horizon and when it gets from day to night and that is when l go back to life 
with the water lapping itself while l wait for tomorrow to come and l can go back 
To my beach and have the fun all over again.
