This 1.5hour workshop will give you the opportunity to explore pen and paper through your creativity not your diagnosis. The workshop will be facilitated by peer workers at Wellways with lived experience of mental health challenges. This will be an online event with an option to attend in person at the Wellways office in Hobart.
