Aida Darabi

Aida Darabi is an 18-year-old Iranian poet who sought asylum in Australia with her parents. As a minor, she was forcibly transferred to Australia's offshore processing center on Nauru. Due to Aida's declining health, the Australian Federal Court ordered her and her mother's evacuation to Australia, where they were separated from her father, who remained on Nauru.
