Anthony Mannix

Anthony Mannix was born in 1953 in Sydney. Studying cultural anthropology at Macquarie University he felt avenue to explore reality and unreality in a continuous book of ‘subjective documentation’ of text and art. For the last 35 years he has
pursued this.

Anthony is widely exhibited and published. In 2019 he released his collected writings, The Toy of the Spirit, available through Puncher and Wattmann. In 2020 he released, I am Cut Viciously, a limited edition artist book reproduction through Apothecary Archive.
