Chris Andrews

Chris Andrews lives on Gadigal-Wangal land. He writes poems and translates prose fiction. The Oblong Plot (Puncher & Wattman, 2024) is his third collection of poems. Recent translations include Liliana Colanzi's You Glow in the Dark (Akoya, 2025), Ágota Kristóf's I Don't Care (Penguin, 2025) and César Aira's Fulgentius (New Directions, 2023). His book How to Do Things with Forms (McGill-Queen's University Press, 2022) is a study of the experimental writing collective known as the Oulipo.
