cycle

in a year that I thought would bring clarity and resolve
has only begun with pain, grief and torment
the cycle of years continues
the cycles continue
i am so angry
we move on
not forward
trying to pick up pieces
also leaving some behind
i am tired of finding the most intimate parts of myself
through grief
i am still so angry
