Inari Kiuru

Inari Kiuru was born and bred by the coolest of Finnish lakes, but ended up on the burning plains of Western Australia with a single suitcase over a decade ago - for love. Since, she has researched and written about the history and present state of illustrated adult fiction, practised as a graphic designer/illustrator/visual artist, and lectured sessionally in design technology at Curtin University, WA. Right now, she runs her design business from home (assisted by Diego, a young yellow parrot), is learning to shape silver for jewellery, and to forget about her dim but colourful past as an embalmer. She also dreams of styling photo shoots and doing stand-up comedy.
