By Gonca Ozmen
Translated by Alice Melike Ülgezer and Özlem Özmetin.

Come towards the mulberry grove

Towards the remoteness of dwellings

I will teach you quiet

And show you the trembling of branches

I will kiss you where you're falling

Where nature falls away

Pass the plain, come

towards the mulberry grove

Amongst the weeds and herbs

I'm going to let you hear the storm

And the screams of Thesub

And afterwards

I'll wait for you again

Beyond a stream

Pass the field

Come closer still

Towards the scent of mulberry

I'm going to show you the ants
