Marzia Saadat

Marzia Saadat was born in 1998 in Ghazni province of Afghanistan. Currently, she is studying for her bachelor’s degree in Dari Literature in Herat University.

Marzia is the Founder of Herman Literary Meeting and an active member of Herat University’s Literary Association. Moreover, she had been active in social and cultural platforms and contributed to women's empowerment for ten years. A highlight of her social activities is her participation in Model United Nation conference through which she secured the Best Speaker Award for her active participation in WHO Committee. Besides continuing her studies, she worked as a children's teacher. Marzia has been writing poems for four years.
