Nick Flittner

One of the Dust Poets is my brother-in-law: Dave Delaney. I have spent many an hour in one of his trucks over the years, including a memorable trip from Townsville to Mt Isa. I have been writing poetry for years too, quite a different style to Dave. I am currently living in Tasmania which is littered with old industrial sites and buildings from bygone days, when heavy industry was king and large industrial facilities dominated towns and the economy. I write on many topics, and am currently working with the Tasmanian Farmers and Graziers’ Association on drought and climate change matters.
