For RUOK? Day we delivered free immersive poetry workshops for high school students in the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney in order to promote the benefits of connecting with nature through poetry for healthy minds.

The RUOK? Conversation Convoy along with Ambassadors came to the Garden for an exciting full-day program. Throughout the rest of the day NSW high-school students partook in a variety of exciting and immersive workshops lead by Red Room Poetry poets, Crossfit athletes, Community Greening and Botanic Gardens Aboriginal Education staff.
Students who attended returned to school as R U OK? Champions. We hope that they will pass on the messages and skills that they have learnt on the day, to help grow a healthier and more resilient school community.
