Air

Waking up, rolling out of bed
Brush my teeth, time to go
For breakfast, down the stairs I tread.
Where we are now, we won’t see a dingo
And where we're going, I hope we don’t see a shark
But if we do see one, then we will know
Even though we’re on water, we won’t see Noah’s Ark
If we see any source of electricity
Then for us it will go dark
Someone painted the sky exuberant pink and gold with toxicity
This is only if we keep this disaster
But if we don’t, we will get good publicity
But between you and me, there’s an impostor
We must fix the pollution
Anything else, is improper
So we must find the solution
To stop the smoke and trash in the air
When we stop this it will be a new evolution
Breathing fresh air is rare
To make this a perfect world.
