Blue poetry

As I walked on this land I looked at you,
A blue sparrow,
Because of your colour everything else looked like a grey hue,
You standing on that dark tree admiring the view,
It was so beautiful I drew it in my book,
Slash, splew, swoosh, splat,
As the sparkling blue sparrow jumped into the swerving water,
Looking as happy as a kangaroo.
