My Eiffel Tower model
Reminds me of spending time with my family

I’ve been sitting in a dusty old shop in Paris on the street of the Eiffel tower
On an extremely miserable, rainy day, a girl came into the shop and I called “Come, come and buy me”
And guess what? She did!
Outside I am carried in a bag, the rain bucketing colossal drops.
I’ve been sitting in a bag for weeks, but every day I get a glimmer of hope,
That maybe this will be my family and they will put me on display
and like me because they are so happy together.
They laugh in the rain, smile in the dark, and are constantly happy.
I want to experience that too. And guess what? I did!
I am here on the shelf with other interesting statues, figurines and models.
I now have a family, too.
