It was alone
Left behind to be taken away
My brother felt sorry for it
So he persuaded him to migrate
Then he gave it to me

It had bright sapphire earmuffs
With dark Amber feet
It had a Pale plump tummy
With beady eyes that show its dark past
But he had a cotton filled heart

Even though he was a foreigner in Sydney
Our family accepted him as one of us
He was a great companion
A great statue and actor

But after a hard battle with a tyrant
He left with a body covered in grime
It was sad to see him go in his prime
