On the shore where waters gleam,

Lies Freshwater Beach, a lovely dream

Where ocean meets land in a wavy embrace

Nature’s masterpiece, a serene, sacred space.

If you look out far away

You might see the fisherman in the bay.

 I just need to say

We need to stop overfishing, it’s not ok.

The spray off the waves

Whipped the water as the surfer slowed down, and went into what looked like a cave.

The waves act like a wall

Because all you can see is surfers fall.

The warm sand feels hot when you run

But it’s all worth it when your surf session has begun

The beach feels like a different world

But at the end of the day

It’s just a walk away.
