As I open my old wooden box
Something shines in my eyes
As I place my pearl bracelet on my wrist
I look up at the sky

My great-grandma will always be with me
Even if I can’t see her
I love you too much
I still have my bracelet and I will keep it forever

The pearls shine in the distance
As it dances in the moonlight
It makes my eyes look like they’re full of glitter
It’s really a wonderful sight

I go visit her in Israel
But that was in the past
So now her daughter has given it to me
And now I have it and I’m sure it will last
