My Purse

My purse had red gold buttons,
a gold chain to hold and given by my mother,
it was so small yet so special to look at,
I couldn’t imagine how much colour.
I used to put lip gloss, pebbles and my accessories,
I took it everywhere and put whatever I needed,
I never let it go didn’t let no-one touch it,
and once I got that bag, I felt undefeated.
I always thought that this bag changed me,
and I thought is this who I really am with this bag
I think and I think until I find the answer
Aha… it was better than any bag.
