Nature's glorious gifts have started to fade

By all the mistakes that humans have made

Wretched rubbish here, plastic there

All this destruction I just can’t bear

Our Earth needs saving from our horrible greed

Our oceans destroyed, now that’s guaranteed

Murderous smoke suffocates the air

Countless things we MUST repair

Stunning snow caps on mountain tops

Melts away and never stops

Astonishing birds once so free

In our next generation this will never be

Evergreen valleys so sight-staggering

The gift of green blankets most flattering

The cobalt blue sky covers my head

The sun so bright, what a sight

Look at the beauty of our world

The world once so colourful and green

Pollution and humans have now intervened

And the world is no longer what it used to have been
