Rain

Rain rushing round rain falling in seconds 

As rain falls puddles form

Lots of puddles turn to rivers

Sooner or later it is an ocean

Kids find a puddle

Splash and jump

Find a muddy puddle even more fun

We thrive through rain for hydration 

As it brings life through our nation 

Water flows

Plants all grown

No water seen for days

A drought had begun

Water so precious but now gone

Waited a while all came back

Never say never drought might return

Now we're relieved and safe once again
