Sitting waiting for that wave
Time passes I must stay brave
Some waves are large some are small
Sometimes I check out the ocean floor
Paddling around is such a thrill
Each day, I'm gaining some skill
The waves are perfect
It is low tide
I know I'm going to catch the perfect ride,
In the distance I can see
That perfect wave is forming for me.
Get ready, get set
Paddle hard
And away you go
Stand up quick
In case you slip
Enjoy the feeling being free
