The summer has started
The tree is bursting with emeralds
The sun glows like the moon on ice
The hollow is calm
The roots are growing rapidly like weaving thread
The autumn has started
The fire opals are drifting down
The fresh sea breezes carry the animal gossip
The hollow is full of nuts and berries
The roots gather the nutrients they need for the following months
The winter has started
The tree is barren and bare
Nature’s bath has begun
The hollow is empty and the birds are on their way to the warmth
The roots are resting
The spring has started
The trees are colourful and vibrant like coral
Slurry fills the ground
The hollow is lively with newborns and the roots are growing
The cycle must start again
