The Sun

The immense ball of gas,
Standing boldly in solitude,
Made me glow with joy,
Inside my heart.
I felt we were together -
Me and the Sun,
It was a feeling that felt warm and calm.
This grandeur monster couldn’t be contained,
It escaped its cage and reached to me.
I was in harmony with my friend,
I was feeling it now,
This moment was special,
And I was well right in it
This lovely connection couldn't stop,
But the Sun was fading very fast.
I was trying and trying to save it so,
But in a blink of an eye, he was gone.
