Turtle having a normal day

Finds a plastic bag in its way

Should he eat it, should he not

What’s the harm in the bag rot

The bag cannot be dangerous

But he forgot his friend who ate the rot

The turtle opens its mouth wide

Yearning for the jelly outside

As the jelly fills his belly

The plastic seeps into his stomach and makes him want to vomit

He washes up on the shore

He thinks he can survive no more

Then someone comes out to help

Brings the bag out of his belly

Releases him out again

Safety from the awful rot

In a safe, brand new spot

So next time you throw a bag away

Think where it may go astray
