Questioner: How did you get into rap? Tupac: It’s my opinion that I was rapping while I was writing poetry.
This workshop will be led by two of the world’s most interesting and leading rappers - Dobby and Nils. These Indigenous artists have collaborated as part of the Fair Trade project and come together digitally to create an incredible piece of poetry titled pièce de résistance Nils and Dobby will guide, inspire and lead you through the process of poetry as lyrics, shining a light on how to create lyrics through poetry.
Musicians and poets who are keen to explore the possibility of poetry as lyrics are encouraged to participate in this workshop.
