Elizabeth Luland

My name is Elizabeth Luland I am a South Coast Wodi Wodi/Dharawal /Wandiwondian and Walbunja woman, I am a Dhurga language holder/teacher for my family bloodline Traditional language (Dhurga), a member of our local women’s language choir (Mudjingaal Yangamba) in singing/performing traditional language and writing language songs,

I have a Traditional and Indigenous Contemporary Dance/Performing background, through my studies at NAISDA dance college and UNSW University and have run dance workshop programs in the NT community Primary schools, High schools in NSW such as Endeavour Sports High down to the Shoalhaven and far south coast working in the Community College Youth and Elders groups in Bomaderry/ Shoalhaven High School and delivered dance workshops for women’s business ceremony camps etc.
