Free Intention [A black out poem]

Mandatory, under challenge,
a human
half man
receiving a double negative.
Young Sydney life
tried and convicted;
mind knotted.
A reform minister
stopped an influx, by boat!
Two years, the limit was removed.
Eight years, the human transmitted.
Schooling and health,
care documented.
A long period of unwell,
traumatising
work.
A measure of the last resort:
in the harsh outback, children
recognised as the act of a principal.
Release the hollow present,
with the high court order
to do it.
