Luoyang Chen

Luoyang Chen grew up in China and is currently based in Perth on the unceded Whadjuk Noongar Boodja. Luoyang is the author of two poetry collections — And the Waves (Puncher and Wattmann, 2026) and Flow (Red River/Centre for Stories, 2023). His poetry was recently awarded second place for the 2026 Newcastle Poetry Prize.
