Maddie Nixon

Maddie is a playwright and journalist. She has written for Queensland Theatre, Dead Puppet Society and Screen Queensland. From 2021 to 2023, she was the writer and co-host of The Betoota Advocate’s DECODE and AUSTRALIANARAMA podcasts. Maddie was awarded the UNSW Faculty of Arts, Design and Architecture Dean's List award in both 2022 and 2023.
