A Cute Little Koala

Grey fur and big round eyes.
Soft, furry body.
Crunching and cracking Eucalyptus leaves.
When I smell it, it smells like wood.
It’s a cute little Koala staring at me.
It looks like the Koala doesn’t want to get out of the tree.
It’s brushing its fur with her fingertips.
When it crunches and munches in her mouth the leaves rip.
It stares at me, looking like it wants to play with me.
Crunch! The Koala is still eating. I walk away.
It follows me with a munch! Run away home?
No. Hide? Yes!
But I look at it closer in its shiny black eyes.
I saw it was cute! Aww!
And then I hear a crunch!
And a munch! Again.
