A day at the beach

I step on that soft smooth sand 
A blast of that beach smell hits me
Pow the sun is a spotlight shining down on us
Splash whoosh as kids play in the crystal clear water
Squirt pop I slap on my sun block
Plop my hat is a sun shield 

Zoom I rush for  the water
Crash splash as I fall into the water
I start swimming over some seaweed 
I see a school of fish zipping through the water 
They swim through my legs in a figure eight shape

My mum calls me back
I swim back like an olympic swimmer 
I get out of the water it feels like I am in the arctic 
I run for my towel and we pack up
I say goodbye to the beach and then we head home
