A Plea For Help

Nobody was there for me,
As my legs grew further apart.
Nobody noticed
My portion sizes decreasing.
Nobody saw me,
As I shivered, weeping as I stared into the mirror.
Nobody was there for me when,
When I felt as though I was losing the battle,
The one between my body and my brain.
But someday,
Somebody will be there for me,
When my legs grow further together.
Somebody will notice,
When my portion sizes increase.
Somebody will see me,
As I smile into the mirror.
Somebody will be there for me when,
When I’m winning the battle,
The one between my body and my brain.
