Australian bush in the night,

Australian animals left and right,

Few koalas left in sight,

The air is thick with the scent of eucalyptus,

The light from the sun heats up the bush,

It sits in a warm cosy temperature,

Koalas clamber the trees,

Embraced by the safety of the leaves,

Such a peaceful environment destroyed by humankind ,

No one realises our actions can lead to destruction,

Stars shine down from the clear sky,

Casting a hazy light on the trees,

The sky begins to transition into a deep blue,

A world full of possibilities lays still and quiet,

A warm comforting glow is cast upon the bush,

The wonders of koalas remain just another day,

Waiting to be discovered by those willing to explore the beauty of the bush,

Darkness wraps the bush warm and comfortable in its embrace,

Sleeping in harmony with the environment,
