Bird Cage

Trapped forever in dungeons walls,
Forever gone,
Iron, steel,
Never free to roam the sky,
As grounded as a buffalo,
Wake up screaming,
Only to find,
Cage of bars,
Autumn, Winter,Spring, Summer,
Each long day and night,
I watch others,
Fly by,
Into the night.
