Blue Mountain Skink

A skink is as spotty as a dalmatian dogdalmatian dog

In the mountains

It slurps and crunches

And munches

While it eats the skeletons of insects.

Their spots make a SUPER SHIELD over them

Their super power is being invisible

There are now not many,

if you keep going there will be none.

Because now, and in the future

They will disappear 

As fast as a flick of a thumb.
