The cold air screams past,
As the glorious sun dies.
The flocks of eagles fly ahead,
As I see the white ripples of the water.
The wing tips widen,
More sleek as I descend.
The light is now in darkness,
Like a world without stars.
Shivers run through my body,
As the ground is no longer visible.
I see flashes of blue, white and grey,
The docks being filled with large ships.
The sea breeze fills my lungs
With passion and love.
I touch the ground with elegance,
Twenty-one is called.
My heart screams and plunges forward,
“I did it”, “we did it!”
My family rush over,
Cuddling me with joy and laughter.
