Burnt leaves, burnt trees

Burnt leaves, burnt trees.
What have we learned? Nothing, I see.
Can't we do something now instead of trying to figure out how?
Our clouds are grey because we aren't willing to pay.
Don't put it off for another day.
Happy leaves, happy trees is not what we see.
We must set our planet free.
