Bushwalk

Steep rock slopes, sheer drops
A stream glides
Cuts through rocks;
The creek's water
Slipping through my toes
I am embraced by the trees
The hundred year old trees
Their arms twisting and tangling
Holding hands;
Leaves soar
Landing gently on my hand;
River stones
Forming a path
Stepping stones
The road to harmony.
