Butterflies of Freedom

As beautiful as a flourishing red rose
Frozen in time
As still as old oak tree
Until the wind blows
They may fly
My free flying wonders
Remind me of her
Her smile
Her brilliant white teeth
Her body of beauty
She flies with them
Up in the sky
With no boundary
Her vibrant wings
Ready for take off
They flutter and soar
Around the rocks
But to be careful
To lose no more
My small but significant
Little butterflies
Trapped in glass
You will fly
