Celestrial Dreams

I walk down the beach, determined,
The cool sand between my toes,
I look up and sigh, my breath steaming in the air,
The full moon, a pale blue-white disc hung in the sky,
I shiver as a cool breeze passed by.

I lie down on the sand,
I look to the right side of me and gasp,
It's as if the most beautiful jewel box in the world had been sprinkled across the sky,
I suddenly feel really small and intimidated by the world.

I look straight up and smile,
The constellation in the sky is the sign of my zodiac, Capricorn,
I think back to all the bittersweet memories I had at this beach,
I exhale loudly and get up!

I walk to the waters' edge and close my eyes,
I wade into the freezing water, thinking,
Night is to see the dreams,
Day is to make them true.
