The nature that has been seen is not known,
Unnoticed by everyone every day.
Our eyes just see shapes and colour, no beauty.
Society never looks up, just staring down a phone.

The sun beams down on a burgundy rock.
Deserts run for miles and miles.
The rock goes from burgundy to purple every sunset.
The dry barren land can be found with the life of scaly green reptiles.

Oceans are dark blue and bounce with the ripple effect,
While the golden grains of sand drift through movement.
The beauty never stops when you reach the grey pebble concrete.
People always sing and perform the most frightful stunts.

Standing on brown, tall wooden stilts
Audiences watch while jumping up an down with glee and joy.
The music plays which makes the tables and chairs dance about.
While the Union Jack and the Southern Cross are being raised up by a young boy.

Fantales, Minties, snakes and lollies galore, just make your mouth seem like a paradise.
A wide range from Italian to Mexican
Just creates and paints a fabulous taste like the artwork Blue Poles,
And pies made from red berries, green apples and dark brown pecans.

This is my home.
A place that is filled with colour,
The land taken for granted that God has made.
For our eyes should devour.
