Have you ever had a dangerous experience?

Maybe one where you’ve felt dense.

No need to tell just listen,

Ijen's shiny sulfur glistens in the fire,

1am needs to be a record for the least sleep.

People too lazy to walk up the steep muddy hill.

You start comfortably but then, the sketchy rocks, almost rolling my ankle.

After the first hour your socks start to smell,

It starts to feel like hell.

But you're to determined not to stop so you push on,

You're close but still far to the finish.

Seeing the magical blue fire spray out like a flame thrower,

Made it an incredible sight to see,

Knowing that I still need to pee.

Walking uphill was tiring but was worth it,

Seeing the beautiful sunset in the foggy toxic lake,

It was one of the best experiences I ever had,

This beautiful view will disappear by climate change.

We need to act now.
