Specks in the sky palely glowing, 
sluggishly dancing around.
Winking subtley at one another, 
scattered high above.

barely illuminating the sky.

with clouds hardly noticeable.

Lanky streetlamps emitting warm yellow light,
the bright sun nowhere in sight.
All sounds louder than in the day, 
every step echoes.

Staring into the dark night sky, 
connecting the tiny stars.
