Deforestation

Entering the bush with destruction,

Native fauna fleeing from the scene. 

Kangaroos fleeing, wombats burrowing,

Defenceless trees accepting defeat.

Ruthless machinery wrecking flora,

Native animals crying in despair.

Their habitats, are deteriorating,

Their life escapes their grasps.

The humans have emerged victorious,

But what have they achieved?

Millions of trees destroyed under their power,

Millions of animals perished without their home.
