A tree coarse and sturdy,

a lumberjack is ready to delve the land.

A tree has fell,

Australia’s hell.

Our country is dying,

and we will be sighing.

A bid farewell

amidst the ring of a bell.

Trees have been claimed victim,

and future trees will be claimed victim

In the abyss,

a bliss?

Think not.

What has happened to our country?
