Dream Catcher

In the corner of the room hung a small but beautiful object,
It was feathery and soft yet its purpose was unknown.
So I hung it back up and slept for hours.
I thought of its purpose on and on.
The strings on it swerved and curved making it making it resemble a web.
It hung there like a vulture waiting for its prey.
Yet I slept and slept, still thinking.
My dreams were peaceful.
I asked many, of what it might be.
I searched through many books trying to find the purpose.
I found many conclusions.
Dream catcher was one.
So there it hangs endlessly in the corner of a room.
Waiting for a dream to catch in its web.
