Emerald Heart

Emerald heart
Light shines off the emerald rock,
On it’s black string it swings
Like a pendulum on a grandfather clock
Little did the lady know carving it from Russia
It would belong to a little girl named Sasha
Her chisel’s edge made its way through the hard polished rock
As the clock went tick,tock
The rock wakes me up with it’s cold stone
But then turns into a warm deep breeze
Blowing away my worries
The stones love heart shape held all secrets
Bad and good, it was a perfect fit to my neck,
We were made for each other
This necklace is like my big brother
