Leaves shrivel on the forest floor,

And wrap around the trees’ cores,

Swirling wind blows more and more,

Stripping away the roots' firm claws,

As sun rays grow even stronger,

Animals can't last much longer,

Koalas search for eucalyptus leaves,

Wild bumble bees fight the human thieves,

Flowers crumbling into powder,

Trees tumbling hour after hour,

Glaciers melting in the power,

Companies environmentally devour,

Leaking polluted gases into the air,

Toxic chemicals for rivers to bear,

Destroying the planet is growing near,

Is it too late? This is our fear!
