For A Beautiful Earth

The Earth is beautiful

The World is amazing

The Earth’s wonders are wonderful

Cheerful birds are singing

Luscious, green grass

And the bright sun

And I dance

And I run

The skies and sea are clear

The roses are delicate

What an exquisite world, my dear

The good and the bad are very separate

A long time ago

The skies and seas were polluted

The health of the Earth was low

The water to drink was putrid

Finally, people gathered to scheme

A decision was to be made

For the Earth to beam

A plan was laid
