Forest poem

Brown like the rust, it is all around us

All over the ground and trees

It is what makes them grow

Grow to new heights

To be healthy, to be tall

Blue like the water, it depends on it too

It supports nature, helps it thrive

Since day one it was there, there to help and assist

It is an essential part of life

It is an essential part of growth and development

Green like leaves, it is a product of all the above

It is what makes the environment whole,

What makes it beautiful and one to behold

It cannot thrive or be whole without help,

Former state without help and would be unreasonable

It would not be the place where you could get lost for multiple days at a time

This would not be a natural beauty without help,

A forest that we all treasure and love

For this beautiful environment is a forest,

That we all should take care of and help.
